The story behind the stories.

Hello, I'm Rick.

I'm a contemporary fiction writer from Northeast Pennsylvania. From an early age, I used poetry and storytelling to help me cope with life's toughest moments. Writing became my refuge during some of the most challenging times in my life.

Through my parents' divorce, relocating out of state alone, and experiencing the loss of loved ones, I found solace in putting pen to paper. These experiences shaped not only who I am, but the stories I feel called to tell.

With the unwavering support of my wife and son, I've now published my debut novel, The Soldier. My hope is that my stories help readers find redemption, forgiveness, and peace.

This story of hope, courage, and finding peace explores themes of redemption and forgiveness — inviting readers to discover how one man's existence affected everyone around him.
